Frequently Asked Questions - Members' Online Bookings

Q - Does the online booking system replace the Members' reserved tee times?
 
A - No, online bookings will only be available outside of the protected tee times (currently up to 11.00 a.m. weekdays & 12 noon at weekends). In addition all diarised events remain unaffected and we have also retained the first three tee times of every hour to enable 'on the day' bookings/roll-up slots for our members.
 
Q - Will members have priority over visitors for bookings?
 
A - Yes, our members will be able to book up to 14 days in advance (visitors 10 days).
 
Q - Do I need to register?
 
A - Existing members with an email address have been registered automatically and you should have received your User Name & Password. If you have not received a User Name & Password please contact our reception to discuss setting up your account 01276 452220.
 
Q - Can I change my User Name & Password to something easier to remember?
 
A - Yes, the User Name & Password can be amended to suit you. Log in using the User Name & Password provided with your registration email and click on the link to 'My Profile' on the left hand side of the screen. You will be asked to re-enter the original User Name & Password and then you will have the option to 'Change username & password'. For further assistance please contact our reception on 01276 452220.
Q - Do I need an email address to use the Online Booking System?
 
A - Yes, Registration & Confirmation of Bookings is established via email correspondence and this is a requirement of the system. Obtaining an email address is very simple and there are many reputable, free sites that offer this service. In order to assist you obtain an email address, we have added a couple of links to our website and as soon as you notify us of your email address we can instantly set-up your personal Online Booking User Name & Password.
 
Q - How do I book online?
 
A - Follow the online booking link(s) on website www.windleshamgolf.com and follow the online booking instructions. For further assistance please contact our reception 01276 452220.
 
Q - Can I book a tee time with guests?
 
A - Yes, as a member you can now book up to 3 guests and the balance of their guest green fee is payable on the day in the usual way. No fee is payable in advance for our members' bookings.
 
Q - Can I make more than one booking at a time?
 
A - Yes, you can make numerous individual bookings for separate days, however you will not be able to make block bookings on the same day. This is a fair booking system that allows a 'one member, one booking' policy so as to avoid any individual monopolising the tee sheet.
